Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
The Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) establishes guidelines and standards to ensure the proper use of the GaoLong Cross-Border Management System.
1、Purpose and Scope
- 1.1 The Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) establishes the guidelines and standards necessary to ensure proper use of the GaoLong Cross-Border Management System. This policy applies to all commercial users accessing our e-commerce platform software and interfaces, which include product listing, order processing, procurement management, supplier coordination, warehouse operations, and data reporting services.
- 1.2 Customers of GaoLong Cross-Border Management System (hereafter referred to as “Customers”) are expected to comply fully with this AUP as a condition of accessing our network services. Customers bear full responsibility for all activities involving their access, publication, dissemination, or utilization of the GaoLong Cross-Border Management System content, interfaces, and services.
2、Authorized Usage
- 2.1 GaoLong Cross-Border Management System provides various e-commerce platform tools and APIs designed to support Customers in managing daily operations effectively.
- 2.2 This policy is intended to protect service quality, safeguard customer privacy, and maintain the integrity, security, reliability, and confidentiality of GaoLong Cross-Border Management System products, systems, networks, services, and hosted servers.
3、Prohibited Activities
- No user or service participant shall engage in, facilitate, or attempt any of the following activities, whether directly or indirectly, or whether successful or attempted:
- 3.1 Exploiting or harming minors.
- 3.2 Interfering with the operation of websites or accounts.
- 3.3 Evading taxes or other mandatory service usage fees.
- 3.4 Disrupting or degrading the service for other users.
- 3.5 Utilizing automated tools such as bots or crawlers to collect data improperly.
- 3.6 Engaging in prohibited activities through other providers’ services.
- 3.7 Uploading, transmitting, or distributing illegal, harmful, or threatening content.
- 3.8 Impersonating any person or entity or falsifying electronic communications.
- 3.9 Breaching any legal obligations to third parties, including contracts or fiduciary duties.
- 3.10 Violating internationally recognized standards for acceptable network conduct.
- 3.11 Threatening network or system security by spreading malware, viruses, or Trojan horses.
- 3.12 Transmitting confidential or proprietary information without proper authorization.
- 3.13 Violating laws related to user data, privacy, pornography, copyrights, or intellectual property.
- 3.14 Falsifying identities or tools to conceal true user or customer service representative identities.
- 3.15 Acquiring or distributing software, programs, or services that violate this policy, including unauthorized commercial messaging (“SPAM”).
4、Enforcement and Remedies
- If GaoLong Cross-Border Management System determines that any Customer, their representatives, or end users violate this AUP or engage in prohibited conduct, GaoLong Cross-Border Management System may:
- 4.1 Issue warnings and suspend or terminate services at any time.
- 4.2 Pursue legal actions, including investigations and reporting illegal activities to authorities.
- 4.3 Block communications from known violating IP addresses to protect system integrity.
- 4.4 Seek full reimbursement for costs arising from violations, including administrative and legal fees.
5、Password Security
- 5.1 Customers are responsible for safeguarding their passwords and any activity conducted using them, whether authorized or unauthorized.
- 5.2 Passwords must not be disclosed or used without written authorization to access GaoLong Cross-Border Management System services or related systems.
- 5.3 If any network or device security is compromised, GaoLong Cross-Border Management System reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate network-level actions against violators.
6、Policy Updates and Validity
- 6.1 GaoLong Cross-Border Management System will update this AUP as necessary and notify Customers accordingly.
- 6.2 If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be severed, and the remainder of the policy will remain effective.
7、Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- This policy is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and all parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Chinese courts.
